Passive Fire Management Mission Statement
Our company's goal is to service our clients’ buildings with a safe and certified standard.
We assure to safely offer a complete service package which includes total compliance with Australian Standard 1851 Section 17. We will strive to be a good communicator to all our customers, and thus our service standard will exceed their expectations. At Passive Fire Management, we further recognize the importance of supporting and protecting Buildings requirements with the 15 years of extensive experience dealing with intricate fire control.
To meet these challenges, we stand committed to continuously develop ourselves today, tomorrow and for the years to come.
Our comprehensive service includes:
Detailed inspection of fire/smoke walls, floors, and ceilings to ensure correct installation
practices have been adhered to.
Compilation of inspection data into a data base. Inspection findings are recorded into a manual which is available for trades to access and update when any additional penetration is required. Notification is displayed on all walls, ceilings and floors informing trades that penetration should be recorded in the Passive Fire Manual which is held on the premises.
Issuing of updated construction drawings to clients at the completion of each inspection.
Continued, regular inspections and updates will be carried out by Passive Fire Management. You will be notified when inspections are due to be updated and these inspections will be carried out at a minimal cost.
